Live‑In Care
For adults who need round‑the‑clock support, we offer live‑in care. A trained carer lives in the adult’s home to provide:

-
24‑hour support with personal care, medication and daily routines
-
Help with household tasks, meals and appointments
-
Companionship and emotional support
-
Support to maintain religious, cultural and community life
Â
Our live‑in care is designed to promote independence, choice and wellbeing, while ensuring the adult’s home remains their own space, with clear boundaries and respect for privacy.
2
Complex Care (NHS Continuing Healthcare)
We are able to support adults with more complex health needs, including those receiving NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). This may include:

-
PEG (percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy) feeding
-
Tracheostomy support
-
Ventilator management
-
Other delegated clinical tasks agreed with the NHS clinical team
Â
Staff delivering complex care complete additional competency‑based training and are signed off as competent by a registered nurse or clinical lead before working unsupervised. Competencies are reviewed regularly under a clear delegation and oversight framework, supported by our Medicines Management and Clinical Delegation Policy.
1
Domiciliary Personal Care
We provide visiting care in the adult’s own home, from short daily calls to multiple visits a day. Support can include:

-
Help with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
-
Continence care and mobility support
-
Safe medication support and prompts
-
Meal preparation, including cultural or religious dietary needs
-
Light domestic tasks such as laundry and keeping the home safe and comfortable
-
Companionship and support to stay connected with family, friends and the local community
Â
Our aim is to enable adults to remain independent, safe and comfortable at home, with care delivered in a way that respects their routines, preferences and privacy.
How We Maintain Quality
To ensure our services remain safe and high‑quality, we:

-
Follow the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014
-
Align our practice with CQC’s five key questions: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well‑led
