A structured induction aligned to the Care Certificate standards

Mandatory training in safeguarding adults, moving and handling, medication administration, infection prevention and control, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism

Regular supervision and an annual appraisal

Ongoing refresher and specialist training to build your skills and confidence
Staff delivering complex care, such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy or ventilator support, receive additional competency‑based training and are signed off as competent by a registered nurse or clinical lead before working independently.
Roles We Offer
As our client base grows, we will be recruiting for roles such as:

Domiciliary Care Workers (visiting care)

Live‑In Care Workers

Complex Care Support Workers (for NHS Continuing Healthcare packages)

Care Coordinators and senior staff as the service expands
In the early stages, you will work closely with our Registered Manager, Susan Manyanya, who brings extensive experience in supervision, staff development and performance management from statutory social care and NHS‑facing services.

Enhanced DBS checks, verified references and identity checks are required for all roles, in line with Regulation 19 (Fit and Proper Persons Employed).
